I didn’t know I had autopay on so I paid my bill this morning not knowing it had already been paid and I can’t through to someone to get a refund of the extra 45$ I over paid

As stated by others, since your balance is equal to the amount of your plan, when it renews at the start of the next period, it will renew from this balance, and you won’t be charged any more for the next renewal.

@SkylerRc I'm not sure they would actually refund you this amount. However, you can just leave it sitting in your available funds balance and it will automatically be used to pay for your next renewal. So in essence, you've pre-paid for your next renewal already.
