Hey community!
I have a problem i need to get the money which was Auto-paid by the visa credit card which was set up on autopay unknowingly by me, and hence on the due date of payment which was 16th July it autopaid and rebooted the plan.
Now my concern is I had to change the plan for this particular month only, so I thought of implementing the new plan and paying for it so I paid another $45 for another plan with the $180 exisiting plan, while i don't need the $180 plan for this month, so i had two payments done to the Public Mobile through my credit card.
So, now how do I claim the money back, i need those 180 bucks back ASAP.

You should have done the $45 before your renewal, but I see you’re now on what is probably a 90 day plan, and now have paid $45 for the immediate change.
As this is a prepaid service, I don’t know if you will get the money back. But you can try as suggested by @srlawren above.
