I am unable to make my payment and I've been using the same card since I started with public.

Can you try another card if you have one? If payment is due today, you could buy a voucher from a store.

More details may be helpful.

Did your credit card recently change expirary date?  Is you account on autopay and failed?  Is your plan working or not working at the present itme?  Did you try to manually load funds to your account?
