the $17.25 taken off for my credit card for payment says koodoo top up reapproves. Is that correct? Also will I get a $10 discount? Thank you

Also will I get a $10 discount? Yes, if your referral code has been entered properly. If after 3 days you don't see it in your Available funds, contact CS for manual adjustment.

It is fine as Telus owns both Koodo and PM.  It can take up to 72 hours for the $10 award to appear in your account.

 @carolstanley : 1. Activation seems to saying Koodo to credit card payment systems. You're fine. 2. If you used a referral code during activation then you should see the $10 credit within 3 days...usually overnight.
