OK.  I know it's a crappier company because its cheaper but This is RIDICULOUS. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PUBLIC MOBILE?! I swear after these next 3 months I'm moving to another phone company that is more stable. I'm livid. I got a $15 credit because the first time I was out without a phone a whole day and I lost business. NOW I DEDUCTED OFF MY BILL $15. AND NOW THEY'RE SAYING I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY AND MY PLAN IS DEACTIVATED. AND WHEN I TRY TO PAY IT SAYS IT IS UNABLE TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT. What is happening?!?!?!? I can't believe this. I'm so awed and how bad this company is.
