I have both. I’ve entered both.

Some vouchers have two 12 digit numbers on them. Are you certain you're using the correct one?

 

Have you tried to enter it both by calling 611 and in your self serve account? Both refuse it?

 

If you exhausted all options you will have to contact the moderators.

@Nrustico  what issue are you having with the payment voucher? Did you just buy it? Depending on the voucher some could take an hour to activate and others up to 24 hours. 

 

What happens when you try the voucher?
