Question about my recent charge from public mobile

Here is my account number: 1000000xxxxxx.  Currently my plan was $10 per 30days no data, with autopay I have $2 credit each month.  I used public mobile since Dec. 26, 2018. So far the autopay worked perfectly. From transaction history shown there is $0 balance each month.  However I just noticed today Public mobile charged me $56.50 from my credit card.  Appreciate you investigate and let know.....thx

@danng , can you post a screen cap of the payment history with personal information blanked out.  This seems like a pretty big error.  We just came out of a maintenance update, so anything is possible.
