Public mobile locked me out cause of autopay glitch

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin
can't receive or make any out going calls. Had to borrow my friends phone originally thinking it was my credit card. Confirmed twice it has nothing to do with my cc. Tried figuring it out myself on public mobile site, every time it saids my credit card can't be verified despite ordering food with it and making online purchases... All appointments for the day is cancelled...
Please just charge my cc and get my service back? Is this a common issue?

According to the system, there is several failed credit card payment attempts due to a system glitch on our end and I am sorry about that.

 

Also, in order to troubleshoot this issue, please fill the following form:


Brand/ Marque:

FYI, the link you posted still doesn't work.  As before, it returns the error "An invalid set of parameters has been specified in the url".  May I suggest giving this link to customers instead?
