Do you see the added amount in your Available Funds?

Are you sure you're typing in the 12 digit code and not some kind of serial number or any letters?

Have you tried entering it using the 611 service?

@Wendy62 It could take up to 48 hours for the voucher to be active.

Yes it was a voucher and I checked several times

I purchased it yesterday afternoon at Walmart and tried it on the phone at around 7 pm

You mean a voucher? Did you check the exact numbers on it?

@Wendy62, are you referring to a voucher code?  Sometimes vouchers have a delay time before they can be used.  Where was this voucher purchased and when?
