Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I was online and thought I updated my plan.  But now when I log into my my Public mobile account and whe  I check my plan it says " oops there is an error ".  I have no idea if my plan has been updated

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser and incognito mode,

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

how to clear cache and cookies in microsoft edge browser visit Here link,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

@Amandav123   it's just a browser issue.

 

 Try the methods above (another browser, Incognito, etc). 

 

or try on another machine/phone.

@Amandav123 That happens quite often. I got used to using Incognito/Private browsing mode all the time. This mode is a cached free browsing and it loads everything fine most of the time.

If @hairbag1 fixes are not working (but they should), try a totally different device.

OR, wait an hour, then try again.

Try using a different web browser (Firefox works good).

Try clearing cache files and use incognito mode.
