Hi there
I had the 4GB for $40 promotion on my plan with the autopay activated. However, I forgot to update my credit card information after my card was compromised, so the autopay did not go through. I had to log into the self-serve and add a new credit card and paid the due amount immediately.
The self-serve said that my plan had expired
I have just logged back in, and my plan is listed as ACTIVE vs. expired.
Could PM actives the promo plan for me again?

I believe the user can revive and account in suspension by making a payment manually. If there's problems with doing that, by all means, contact the moderator team. They can resolve it. The moderator team can be reached via private message using link.

Hi however right now my number is in the status of no-registered. I have paid the due amount and still did not have the signal.

The 40 4G promotion plan is no longer available, but you can still use it. Don't change the plan. You only need to make a payment and activate your account, then you can still use the promotion plan. Thanks
