I've changed plans yesterday. My online account says it's active but I can't call or text anyone & vice versa... I've restarted my phone twice and still nothing. Please help @CS_Agent

I didn't monitor the online status and the moderator_team is showing that it was last online 2 days ago. However, I just saw this reply from the mods earlier this morning:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/Issues-porting-from-PM-to-Telus/m-p/2...

Is this a new thing?  I monitor for the actual moderator and I didn't see any activity this morning.  Moderator team does not appear as a user when I poll users online.

I see that the moderator team handle was used to reply to a customer this morning at 8:41am.  Someone is working today and they were early!  😄

It seems like the moderator team may be off today or working a holiday shortened schedule.  I don't see anybody in yet.  May need to exercise a bit of patience, possibility of having to wait until tomorrow.

It sounds like you hit a bit of a snag with the self-serve portal. You'll need the help of a moderator to get your account sorted out.

Send a private message to @CS_Agent by clicking on the link and then on private message, include your following info
- account number
- phone number
- a brief description of what has happened

…and they will be able to look into it for you.
