I had misplaced my phone, therefore I had suspended my plan for a very short time.
After I found my phone I recharged my account to reactivate, but the plan is still not activated. Thought the recharged amount of $25/- is shown as balance Available and zero amount due

If you login to your self-serve account you may see a reactivate button. Does it show the plan renewing in transaction history? I've seem that topping up $1 could fix it too possibly. Hope this works.
