Plan Deactivated need to restart

Hi my plan was deactivated due to 90 days inactivity, I need to restart it. If this reaches a public mobile employee, I would like to reactivate my account.

Sorry but you are out of luck on this one. Sad part is you may have lost any rewards you had. 

 

Youll have to buy a new SIM and activate it.

Sorry but your account is gone forever.

Was the number originally with public mobile?

If not, it went to the original provider.

If yes, it may still be available

FYI: email from a closed account can now be used to activate a new plan.
However, it cannot be used to change the username of an active, or suspended, account.

After 90 days your plan is cancelled. You will have to get a new sim, activate it with a new plan and a new phone number. There might be a promo soon though so keep an eye out for that.

@Yeolesuvarna  Unfortunately after 90 days the account gets deactivated from the system and cannot be re-activated. You will need to signup as a new customer using a new sim card and email or email alias of the one that was used with the expired account.

Sorry @Yeolesuvarna once the plan is closed. You have to restart with a new SIM and email address and make a new account. Stay safe.

@Yeolesuvarna After 90 days, you account is gone. You need to buy a new SIM and register it with a new account and email.
