Phone deactivated despite being on Autopay

I have autopay set up for my phone plan and it worked last month, but a few days ago I got a text message saying no payment was recieved and my account would be disabled. I went to my account page online and it said the following at the top:

"Please disregard this message if you have enough funds in your balance or are on AutoPay. Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactive your current plan.Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment and you will lose your phone number and service."

 

Well the same page says "You are currently registered for dynamic Autopay" and yet I just tried making a call and my account is disabled. 

 

Can a moderator please help me fix this.
