Login to your self-serve account.

What is the amount of your available fund in your account?

If it is ($175 less sales tax) sitting in your account, you have not change your plan yet.

Do the plan change again to change your plan immediate.  It will take enough fund ti pay for your new plan.  The remaining fund will be used for future renewal.

 

If you have $0 avaialable fund, please a screenshot of your payment history and masked out your personal info.  We will review your payment history to determine what went on to your account and recommend for your next step.

 

Please note that there is no refund of the unused days of your current cycle.

@SrGuzman Did you request some immediate plan changes? That could be the cause of this if it was done multiple times.

Why do not change my plan?.... Why I have 175 over charged in my Credit card and I am still stock in the same plan???? I need the up grade plan NOW!!!!!
