If you're referring to having an inability to pay, and not challenges navigating public mobile's online system, try contacting the moderators to explain your individual situation for possible solutions.

 

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click on the chat bubble in the lower right and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

The easiest way to pay your bill if you dont have a credit card set up with autopay is to pay with a voucher thru 611. You can buy vouchers at London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, Shell gas stations, 7/11 and Walmart that can be redeemed immediately by dialing 611 on your phone. Once you connect press ( 1 ) then press ( 1 ) again and enter the 12 digit pin #. Once its loaded successfully you will get a text confirming you have added funds to your account balance.

Can you give us more details. Are you using a voucher or credit card? Have you tried using self service or calling 611?
