Payment wont go through.

We payed for a plan for 1 gig of data, calling, and texting. The first month was great, however when the second month arrived the payment did not go through. Any way to help with this?

Autopay is not ok sometimes...Can you put money in your account and reactivate your service? If nothing works you need to reach the moderator here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details of your problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.
