Paid on Sunday manually but my phone is still not working- what can I do?

Have you gotten your services working yet? f not, what model phone do you have?

 

Also, you can try one or more of the below:

 

*reset network settings

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Do you have another phone where you can check your PM SIM card?

What your PM account page says? Does it say 'Active'?

Check your account status.  Try shutting down and phone and then turn it back on.

do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

and do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.

 

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

or can you do try reseat the SIM card

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. wipe it clean SIM card,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do again Rebooting your phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
