Which plan do your have?

Is the $15 available fund enable to pay for your plan cost for 30 days?

If yes, is your account status active?

If your account status is suspended, did you click on the re-activate your account link to pay for your plan.

 

This is the best I can do right now until you give us more informtion.

When you log into My Account, does it show your Account Status as Active ?

@sahar We are all just normal Public Mobile users here so we don't have access to your particulars.. what are you trying to do, what cannot you use your account for? More details including your phone type, screenshots would be most helpful.
