Hi hi hi I made a payment on the my phone and I still have no service . I would like it resolved if their is any change . I have 2 phones with this company and I am not please

@brenda1967 While you're waiting for the moderators,

a) do confirm that your account shows payment was taken and no additional payment is needed,

b)  try this: 

  1.  login to your account >> Plan and Add-ons >> Lost/Stolen Phone >> click Suspend Service >> logout
  2. login to your account >> Plan and Add-ons >> Lost/Stolen Phone >> click Resume Service >> logout
  3. wait a few minutes, reboot your phone and check for service

c) if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from https://www.fongo.com/ . It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi

 

Hang in there. Should be sorted soon.
