Hi @JANKI2811 so the bank transaction fell through.  Not to worry, get your sim card from

Zip code is your postal code without any space. If that does not work, you can buy the sim card from Amazon. or retail stores like Super Store, Walmart or London Drugs.

Hi @JANKI2811 ,

 

Are you sure the rest or the address is correct. If the province defaults to something else that does not match your postal code. That would error out.

 

It is a Canadian Postal Code you are entering?

@JANKI2811 Are you getting the error when you are trying to activate the sim or you already activated the sim you received? Or are you only trying to purchase a sim card?

Do you have services on your phone...calling and texting in and out?

 

Enter the postal code without any spaces.
