Payment issue

I got charged extra how can I get a refund

The last 3 charges taken from my account charges I didnt want

I also made a payment today and says I got no service =(

Can you provide extra details? What you think happened the over charge amount? Etc.

Typically most overcharges are related to.

1) people not realizing taxes are not included in the website price

2) people doing an immediate plan change vs a future one

3) trying multiple times to process a payment.
