Payment discrepancy - self-serve portal

Just went to the self-serve portal to pre-pay (or top up my plan.) Used the drop-down menu to select "Pay amount due" and submitted the payment request which was followed by confirmation. 

 

Subsequently checked my credit card statement and a transaction amount which was different was presented.

 

(I can provide back-up for both of these instances.)

 

Please advise.

Did you take local taxes into account?

My plan is $62 and the amount charged was $70.06 (see attachments below.) 

It may be taxes but not certain b/c I'm normally charged the former amount.

Simple calculation shows it's 13% added taking the total to $70.06
