what is the easiest way to be by credit card. tx perry

1. Click on My Account in the top right
2. Log into your self-serve account
3. Click on the 'Payment' tab
4. Either click on "Make a One-Time Payment" to add funds to your account as a one-off, or click "Manage AutoPay" if you want to automate your payments and get $2 off per month 🙂

Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statment.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.

Are you having issues with registering your credit card for autopay?

It's best to do it i n incognito mode 

When you login click on make payment, then manage credit cards then add card

The info must be the same as on your bill if you have double space you will have y to have it on the form too. Best to copy paste
