If you have a registered payment card then you can use the 611 service. You would need your 4 digit PIN.

You can also use the 611 service with vouchers. You can buy vouchers in many stores and a couple places online.

You can also pay using the Instant Top-Up method in some stores.

@Kwoodman    Did you try password reset link first?  If that didn't work then click the chatbot bubble bottom right to submit a ticket to moderators, or alternatively click the envelope icon top right next to your avatar and send a private message to Moderator_Team for a password reset. This reset email arrives within minutes so make sure to check your email/inbox regularly including junk folder as it as two hour expiry window for use.

Use "Forgot your Password?" option below the Log In button.

(EDIT:   You may be able to be set up the "Remember Me" feature such that you need not remember your password next time.   Your choice.)
