Hi guys,
I had switched over from PM to Telus to take advantage of their corporate deal on Oct 11. However, I have already paid for the Pick & Pay $120.00 plan for 3 months, starting on September 23, 2017 to December 23, 2017. Since it has only been about a month that I actually used PM's plan, is it possible to get a partial refund from Oct 11 to December 23?
My PM account was disabled during the switchover so I cannot login and process the refund. Please let me know if a refund is possible!

Hey @rhinexheart,
thank you for reaching out to us !
As you may know, Public Mobile does not offer refunds per service terms. On the other hand, we would be pleased to look over your options and see what can be done 🙂
Feel free to send us a private message for further discussion.
Cheers,
Mary

Public Mobile's policy is no refunds. I can't see them budging in case where you voluntarily ported out.

As PM is a prepaid service, you won't be able to get a refund. Sorry for the bad news but it is the way it works around here.
