Paid phone not resetting

I've paid amount due but wont reset, what do i do. Its paid in full

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

HEllo @Digger77 ,

 

  1. Log into your Self-Serve account
  2. Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Lost/Stolen Phone
  3. Select Resume/Reactivate Service

@Digger77 Is your service working or does your self serve account only show an error? Are you saying that you paid late, topped up, but the money is sitting in available funds? If so, try clicking the reactivate button.

Were you in suspended status? Is there a reactivate button in self service? Are you on auto pay?
