@vgraham1222You would need to contact the moderators via the ? button on the lower right hand corner.. tell Simon your concerns and type in submit ticket once you think he has enough information.
However since you have access to your funds as balance in your account and it takes a few weeks for the money to be refunded, I highly recommend just leave the money there and use it the next 30 days when you need to renew.
