Today I did a one time payment of $22 but the PM account shows $19.47 why is this ?

Do they take taxes into account ?

You do have to pay tax on the top up, yes. However, you should never have less than a full dollar amount in your Public Mobile account.  Is the $19.47 the amount showing on your credit card?

@Dolphin1  - did you have an amount in your AVAILABLE FUNDS area, then chose "Amount Due" option? It may have taken the difference.

What was the actual charge on your credit card?

Your SELF SERVE will not show taxes in your payment history, but of course, you will get charged it on your credit card.

Hi @Dolphin1 ,

Taxes are paid one way or the other.

What type of top up did you do, via credit card through your SELF SERVE?
