Can you provide more details ?  Is this a new account or did you port your phone# over to PM ?  Log into your self serve account to check the status.  Try turning off your phone then turn it back on.

Are you a new customer who just activated a new line? ported a line?

Old customer? Details of your no service.

In your self service account, is the account status active versus suspended?

More information, the better.

@Therese1  What do you hear when calling 611?

Login to your account and click Change SIM. Note the last 4 digits, logout, take the SIM out of your phone and confirm it has the same 4 digits. 
Let us know the results.

type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
