Can you provide more details ? Is this a new account or did you port your phone# over to PM ? Log into your self serve account to check the status. Try turning off your phone then turn it back on.

Login to your account and click Change SIM. Note the last 4 digits, logout, take the SIM out of your phone and confirm it has the same 4 digits.
