My plan is $45 6gig unltd canada wide/texting

My question is that my capital one card notified me saying $46.33 though it should only be $45 minus rewards..?

The cost of the plan would have $42 + sales taxes.  You forgot to take into account the rewards.

As for the available balance, that includes both the autopay amount and rewards already added together.

The amount taken includes taxes.  The numbers showing in the online account is before taxes.
