If you can not access your password to your self service account, you will need to contact moderator to have your password reset, but this will take 2-3 days to resolve.
Which plan are you on? You could also buy a payment voucher either with vendor (ie. Walmart, Shoppers, gas station, Canadian tire) or via online (recharge.com) and dial 611 from your phone to pay with vouchers to get your line activated.

If you still can't access it, you can dial 611 to know how much payment you have to make.
