I just went through that as well. I was on line with my bank for an hour trying to make the addresses match with this system what a freaking pain. It asks for a street address but it really wants your mailing address the bank has and ONLY the first line. Also no spaces in the postal code or it won't work. Apparently it locks you out if you try to many times too. Finally got it to verify today. Good Luck.

Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statement.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.

@patwoods141 Try using incognito or private browsing mode to add the CC as long as it's currently valid. If you still can't add, you have an option pay by PM voucher. You can purchase vouchers from either online at recharge.com or at retail stores such as RCSS, Walmart, London Drugs or gas stations.

Register A Credit Card Or Visa Debit Card
In order to pay for your services online, you will be required to register a credit card or a Visa Debit card. If you didn’t register a card at activation, you can do so by signing in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Register my Credit or Visa Debit Card’. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.
