My account got disabled and I received an extra charge

Hi,

I am set up on auto pay and I see on my credit card that there is a pending transaction on March 14 for 42.94. 

I woke up this morning and I found that my account got disabled. I logged onto public mobile and it says available funds are 20 dollars and I need to pay 22.60 more dollars to enable my account.

In total, I had to pay $42.94 + $22.60 for a $40 plan. 

How can I resolve this? This is incorrect.

@serious7 Is your phone still working? It is normal for accounts to say suspended/expired around the renewal date. If your phone still works then what it's saying you owe is likely for your next renewal date, not the current one.

My phone stopped working this morning.

 

I had to pay an extra 22 dollars just now to bring back my service. 

 

Today was my renewal date.

We have two accounts, had exactly the same problem. Both services disabled today, already charged auto-pay and I had to go in and manually pay AGAIN to restore service.

 

Totally broken.

 

It would be great if someone could advise how to fix and get my credit back?

Thanks, will try that. Since I see other posts on the same topic, I assume something indeed is probably broken with autopay this month.

Don’t forget about the tax.  $20 +13%=22.60
