Monthly credit card charges

pingkaic

I have a $25 per 30 days plan.

I have $6 credit per month ($2 from loyalty, $2 from referrals, $2 from autopay)

My monthly fee should be $25-$6=$19

In BC, GST and PST are total of 12%. This makes my monthly charge of $19 + $2.28=$21.28

Yet my credit card charges is *$22.40* per 30 days.

Why there is a difference of $1.12 ??

problems resolved.

I was looking at January's credit card statement.

February's statement reflected the correct charges.

Thanks you

Your previous billing cycle was short the $1 possibly because of the temporary loss of a referral. What you are looking at now is current so they are likely back now.

Was there a resolution to this?

@pingkaic hmmm it seems that you are missing $1 plus tax credit.

Maybe generate a ticket with a mediator to look into this for you by tapping on the chat icon have ask SIMon to generate a ticket.

Feb 22, 2021AutoPay Reward$2.00 $2.00

Your credit card was charged $19 (+ tax) on Feb 22, 2021, according to the information.  That would be for $6 in rewards for the three items displayed.

Are you certain you're referring to the correct cycle when you advise it was $1.12 more - could it have been for a prior period when you may not have accrued the same rewards value in the prior 30-day cycle?

@pingkaic  OR you're not quite at 2 years service and Loyalty is still $1? Exactly when did you join PM?

@pingkaic

Go into your payment history in self-serve to see what rewards were applied and you'll know from that which credited (and which didn't) against your most recent renewal(s).
