I made a payment, the money is in my account but my phone is still not working.

Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Send  a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to see their response as soon as it arrives.

While you are waiting try rebooting your phone.
