Vouchers may not become active for 24 hours, just like various retailer gift cards. If there is still an issue next day, contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time should be a few hours or within a day.

@MSellar Just keep trying and eventually it will go through. If you can't add it by tomorrow then submit a ticket to PM with the voucher PIN number and they will add it for you.

@MSellar Where did you buy your voucher? (Which retailer?) Have you entered the correct 12 digit voucher #? Depending on the retailer there can be more than one 12 digit number on the voucher? It could also be listed as the pin # or redemption #. London drugs and Shell vouchers can be loaded immediately others usually by end of business day up to 24 hours.

@MSellar If you got the voucher from a retail store, you will have to wait about 24 hours before you can redeem it. You can also redeem it by calling 611.
