Issue Activating New Account

I tried activating my new sim but I received the following issue after I submitted the order:

@ntatheodore you posted a great deal of personal information, which is against community standards.  This is a public community, and everyone can see it, including Google search engine. [EDIT: I just had to RE-edit your message, to remove the hyperlinked phone numbers as well, since clicking on them still showed your phone numbers and provided a real easy way for anyone to call you with a click.]

 

To get help, you need to provide all that information by PRIVATE message, to the moderator team.  You can do that by clicking on this link.  They should be able to help you. 

 

I might also suggest you remove the credit card statement images--they don't strictly speaking show any personal info, but do share your spending habits with the world.  I leave that part up to you.

Can you please to recover the money i lost. I am asking if you can help me to recover the money for the date:
10/16/17 = $  23.73
10/13/17 = $126.00
10/05/17 = $  23.73
  9/25/17 = $  23.73
            -------------------
                  $  196.46
 
Total $ 196.46 took from my Capitalone Mastercard ending with XXXX.
 
And 
 
10/12/17= $ 126.00
10/12/17= $ 126.00
           --------------------
                  $ 252.00
 
We were trying to activate account and transfert 780-XXX-XXXX(Christa Nxxxxxxx) and 780-xxx-xxxx(Jean-Marie Nxxxxxxx) no success.
 
Total $252 took from my Debit Visa ending with 4xxx, with account number ending with xx.
 
2) I am paying for :
- Myself Theodore Nxxxxxxxxxxx, phone number 519-xxxxxxxx
- My wife Christine Nxxxxxxxx, phone number 226-xxxxxxxx
- My son TheryJordy Nxxxxxxx, phone number 226-xxxxxxxx
