How do I get my monthly invoices? I can only see payment history but can't click into the transaction details to get an detailed invoice with the tax.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

no hope. created some ticket and many agents replied by asking " need more help" but then all disappeared with no solution. its been months not just couple days. very bad service... switching to other service soon.

As mentioned above, you need to contact moderator to get formal invoice. It can take up to 30 days to process request. Some regular customers will get invoices that cover a longer period (ie. six months, one year, etc.). It would be a hassle to contact moderator each month.
You can directly private message moderator as above. Or you could submit ticket for moderator help (quicker). Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: Where can I see my invoice? Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help.
