I've paid for my plan ($25) but My account says that I still owe $13

My account says I am owing $13 but I am not sure why or what for. my payment history says I paid $25 for the account already.

Your $12 is made up of a $10 credit and $2 autopay. Your plan is $25. It's telling you that before any other rewards might be applied, you'll need to pay an additional $13 at your next renewal the end of this month.
