I paid twice for month of May 2019

In mid-April I set up an automatic plan change at my next renewal. I wanted to switch to $15 a month plan.

 

On April 30, the plan changed and my auto pay charged my credit card. I was all paid up for the month of May, but for some reason my plan was suspended and I had no service (no data, no texts). I need service ASAP, so I made a manual payment of $15 (I paid $1, then $14 since the $1 payment didn't fix anything). Paying $15 manually fixed the problem, but now I've paid $15 twice for the month of May 2019.

 

Does anyone know if Public Mobile will credit me the $15?

 

Below is my payment history for the last 90 days, you can see that I had to pay twice for May 2019 to get any service. This is so unfair.

An update on the situation. I contacted the mod and they did end up crediting me $15 to my account. So hopefully at the end of May the auto pay will work properly this time.
