I got charged twice this month. How do I get a refund?

Hello! 

I have auto-pay activated and my Visa was charged on November 26. However, it said my account was suspended because it didn't have any funds in it. I thought the auto-pay didn't work so I paid again. 

However, now I have two charges for this month. 

 

Who do I contact to send screenshots of my visa bill and get a refund?

If your service is working and you see all your money in Available Funds then you could choose to just leave it there and the next renewal will take from there first.
