I can't update my credit card information for autopay

I have a new credit card, but every time I try to update the autopay CC number, I can't. I go to the "payment" tab, and click on "remove autopay", but the cc information never gets removed. Am I doing something wrong?

Be sure to enter all credit card info correctly, including 3 digit code on back, and expiry date. If all fails, contact moderator to remove card.

Try using chrome in incognito mode.

Website is very frail, keep trying.

If it's emergency you can also buy voucher and load funds by dialing 611, but keep trying to register.
