It's been 2 times the same thing happens to me. I try to switch my plan, from the 1GB of data to the deal you have in place (2gb + 2 extra gb of 3G data), and before I add funds, they won't let me do the change of plan. So I add funds, and it automatically process the payment for my old plan. This is stupid, for extra 10$ which I wanted to pay, I would've get 3gb more. Can you please fix the issue, and worst case, charge my credit card on file for the difference between the 2 plans.

You need to future date the plan change. In immediate plan change cancels your remaing time and makes you pay for the new plan
