There may be a delay in topup voucher activation depending on where you purchased your voucher.  Was the cashier said anything about how long to wait before you can use it?

@JBodnoff If the system is not accepting your credit card, keep this advice in mind.

Your address must match the billing address of the credit card exactly. Don't use the Apt.#/Unit# field. Use a 6 character postal code (X1X1X1), no space. Don't use special characters like # or &.
