@anilnavuru, double ouch!

Once I read four months, I knew you are out of luck! Means, another new SIM card and a new number. Chances are your old number may be gone forever too.

Next time, put a reminder in your phone or Google calendar to top up on day 89 so, you don't need to repeat the process or better yet, get someone to add funds before 90 days are up!

@anilnavuru unfortunately your account is closed. Here's 4 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward  if required:

1. What you require to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/what-you-need-to-activate
2.How to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up
3.How to port https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/choose-your-phone-number
4. Refer a friend https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/the-refer-a-friend-reward

If was more then 90 days since your last payment then your account gets deacitvated.  You would to setup a new account with new a sim with a different email.  You probably will also need to setup a new phone#.  You could submit a ticket to a moderator to see if it is possible to recover your previous phone#.

Unfortunately after 90 days your account is closed and you lose that number. I would contact the moderators about the SIM card, maybe you can still use it. But the likelihood of that is probably low:

@anilnavuru Account can be suspended up to 90 days, and after that it is not working. You have to buy a new sim and create a new account then.

@anilnavuru  If you account has been suspended for more than 90 days your account will close and you will not be able to use your old sim card. Try accessing your selfserve account. If you can still login then just make payment to re-activate your account.

If you can't access selfserve then more than likely you account expired and you will need to signup as a new client with a new sim card and a new email (or email alias).
