How do I remove my credit card from an account

I need to remove my credit card from my daughter's account.

I do not know the 4 digit pin number to get into the account. 

I also do not know the account number.

I get charged every month for service.

A moderator told me there is not a credit card attached to the phone number, but there is.

How do I change the pin number so I can make changes on the account.

Tell me how to do this.

@Jodi3 ask your bank for a new card number to make sure you won't be charged again.

Strange the moderators would say there is no credit card (attached to the account) if you are still getting charged...?

Only the moderators can change the PIN on the Public Mobile account.

If you know the answer to your security question, you can use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset your password.  Remove your cc info after you can login to her account.

Is her SIM card still working after paying for service on every renewal?
