How do I know when is the first day and last day of my 30-day plan?

I know exactly on what day my payment is due and on that same day my AutoPay is deducted. But I can't find anywhere on how that's related to my 30-day cycle.

I have verified on the selfserve account page that my data usage counter was reset to zero at the start (i.e. midnight EST) of the “due date”. Therefore the “due date” is day one of my 30-day plan.

The answers by @LovesToPM and @LovesToPM are correct (Thanks!) while the rest are wrong.

@derekww Dial 611 to get your renewal date.

@derekww

Due day is the first day of your cycle

Compare information in overview and rewards page

Due date used to be one day before for those who are not on autopay but it looks like they synchronized it

@derekww  If you log into your self serve account, the information should be shown there.  Note that the payment date shown is the day before the amount is actually taken from your account/CC.  It happens some time early morning.

It does looks like the payment/cycle days were changed recently:

Your payment due date would be the first day of your 30 day cycle.

Your cycle starts new at midnight EST and the payment is taken at 2AM EST.

And your plan is due for renewal again 30 days later.
