Attempting to assist a friend update his credit card info and there’s no clear way to retrieve his account.

Does your friend remember the email address for the login for self service account?  

Then friend can reset password.

Do you know if your friend ever created a Self Serve account? If not, it can be done here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If one was created, try the Forgot My Password option.

 

If you had too many failed attempts, it may have locked access. Wait an hour then try again.

 

If still issues contact CSA to help get back into the Self Serve account.
